About Chris Garcia

Chris Garcia is a leadership coach and speaker who trains human performance under pressure.

Drawing from decades of coaching in high-stakes environments, Chris teaches leaders how to regulate emotion, communicate with clarity, and stay grounded when conversations get difficult and the room gets tense. He doesn’t speak in theory. He teaches trainable, repeatable skills: how breath becomes your first word, how to slow conflict without losing authority, how to negotiate without escalating, and how to stay composed when everything in you wants to react.

Chris is not a motivational speaker.
He is a coach.

His work is practical, direct, and immersive. Designed to sharpen emotional control, decision-making, and presence under pressure. Audiences don’t leave inspired for a day; they leave more capable.

But titles only tell part of the story.

"I’m a warrior philosopher.
A man who’s been tested, in cages, on construction sites, in classrooms, courtrooms, and in life’s hardest battles. Every scar I carry isn’t shame; it’s proof. Proof that I’ve been there, fallen hard, and fought my way back.

I’m a retired professional fighter, but I learned early that the toughest rounds don’t happen under the lights. They happen in silence. When no one’s watching, when quitting would be easy, and when showing up is what actually builds you.

I built an academy not just to train fighters, but to raise better humans. To teach people to fight for something bigger than themselves: integrity, discipline, respect, and heart.

I’m an author because I believe pain can be turned into something useful. I put my experiences into words so others could see themselves in the struggle and find strength in their own.

And above all else, I’m a father. Brooklyn isn’t just my daughter. She’s my greatest fight, my greatest lesson, and my greatest legacy.

I don’t posture. I don’t pretend.
I own my mistakes and stand tall in them.

My ethos is simple: Zero Quit.
Show up when you want to disappear.
Protect your people.
Lead with presence, not noise.

At my core, I’m a man of resolve. Strength wrapped in steady gentleness. A man who’s fallen, failed, been humbled, and still shows up anyway.

Because that’s who I am.
And that’s who I’ll always be."

I do this work because I believe people are capable of more than they think. And because I know what happens when someone shows up at the right time and refuses to quit on you.

I enjoy seeing people grow. I love watching them succeed. Not because it looks good, and not because it’s easy, but because growth changes how a person carries themselves through life. When someone learns to regulate emotion, speak with clarity, and stay grounded under pressure, it doesn’t just affect their work. It affects their relationships, their family, and the standards they live by.

At some point, I realized this wasn’t optional for me. I was put here to be a difference. And I would be dishonoring myself, and the people who invested in me, if I didn’t fulfill that responsibility.

I believe deeply in community. Real community. The kind where you’re allowed to make mistakes, learn, and get back up without being cast aside. When the community is strong, a bond forms and the person to your left and right will back you when you stumble. That’s how teams are built. That’s how leaders are forged.

We’re given limited time here. I don’t know how much I have left, but I do know this: I’ve learned hard lessons through pressure, failure, discipline, and perseverance. I fought hard to get where I am. Not so I could stand above others, but so I could reach back and help them forward.

This work is how I give that back.

If you’ve ever felt tested…
If you’ve ever been under pressure…
If you’ve ever known you were capable of more…

Then you already understand the heart of what I do
